1. Due to safety considerations, no one under 10 will be allowed on the work site. 

2. Wash hands before and after the event.   It is recommended that you wash your clothes and shower after returning home. This will decrease the chance of an outbreak of poison ivy.

3. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN IN ON SITE.

4. Meet at 5501 Quincy Street, Hyattsville, MD (behind Cheverly Public Playhouse).

5. Volunteers under 18 years of age must have permission of and be supervised by parent or guardian.

6. Time on site will be 11am to 1pm. Participate as long as you are able. Please don't make yourself uncomfortable. Late arrivals call Marian  301 775 1191.

7. Bring refillable water bottle. No single use containers.

8. Gloves will be available at and returned to a central location.

9. Some tools will be provided.

10. DRESS FOR THE WEATHER! This is a rain or shine event. WEAR WATERPROOF FOOTWEAR. 

11. Parking available at LAUNDROMAT. 

12. STUDENTS are eligible for COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS. Site Leads can sign forms and verify participation.​
