Audubon Naturalist Society receives grant for work in Quincy Run Watershed
Diane Cameron, Director of Audubon Naturalist Society's Conservation Program, received a grant from the Summit Fund, to develop a Stream Snapshot for the Quincy Run Watershed. This assessment of the watershed will help focus restoration efforts to make best use of available resources, and to apply appropriate measures to create the greatest possible benefit to the watershed. She is working with Marian Dombroski, director of Friends of Quincy Run, to analyse and characterize the watershed. This is a great opportunity for volunteers to participate in data collection and analysis. Interested parties should contact FQRW through the website.
