Director Ortiz carries environmental successes to Montgomery County, DEP
Beginning of 2019 Director Adam Ortiz will leave his post at the Prince George's County Department of Environment to bring his experience to Montgomery County. While we will sorely miss him, we are relieved to know he will still be directing work in the Anacostia Watershed.
Throughout his tenure (beginning 2012), Adam worked closely with community members, environmental stewards and agencies to advance Prince George's innovative programs to protect and restore our natural resources.
Thank you, Director Ortiz, for your passion and creativity. You have truly left your mark on Prince George's County.
